FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
From Concept to Style, Your Home Transformation Starts Here

PHASE 01
CONSULTATION
To kick things off, we’ll meet on-site to take care of logistics like photos and measurements! Together, we’ll create your wishlist for the project and start painting the big picture for your overall vision. The consultation allows for a clear understanding of the scope of the project and from there, we can send you a detailed custom proposal with room-by-room breakdowns and design fees. Once approved by you, we’ll jump into step two — design! Timeline: Consults are typically booked 1-2 weeks after your discovery call. Depending on the size of the project, you can expect the proposal about a week after your consultation. Investment: $485

PHASE 03
IMPLEMENTATION
It’s time to put our designs to work and complete your space. We’ll take care of all ordering, handle claims & returns, material collection, communication & coordination with contractors, and manage all deliveries and set-up once contractors & trades have wrapped up! You’ll get check-ins when needed, but our approach allows you to be largely hands-off. We put in the work and you keep livin’ your life – that’s how it should be! And walking into a transformed space without a single thing left to do? ? That’s the very best part. Timeline: 3 months - 1+ years Investment: Billed via a monthly implementation retainer, estimated upfront based on the scope of your project.

PHASE 02
DESIGN
We’ll take your big picture vision from the consultation and do what we do best – design & curate a beautiful space. For a peek behind the scenes, Michaela starts with hand-drawings while she’s buzzing with inspo, then thoughtfully sources product, collects samples, and passes designs off to be digitized by the team. Your project will come to life when you meet with Michaela to review your design presentation, a collection of digital renders of your space that also includes room-by-room product pricing and information on required contractors. After your meeting, you won’t have a worry in the world as you move into the final phase of your project. Revisions: One round of revisions included. Extra rounds of revisions billed hourly. Timeline: 1-3 months Investment: Based on scope, billed at a fixed rate, and approved in the initial proposal. Please note that our full-service design projects begin at an investment of $7,000 to ensure we can deliver the highest level of detail and quality for your space.

FOREVER
ANNUAL REFRESH DAYS
When we say full service, we mean it. While our designs are made to last, annual refresh days are perfect for past clients who want to maintain the comfort and style of their space even after their interior design project has wrapped. Around the one year mark, we’ll check in for this optional meeting to make updates to your furnishing & styling to freshen up your home as seasons change or you enter new life phases. Timeline: 1+ years post project Investment: Custom quoted refresh fee + cost of product based on the scope of the project. This offer is for former clients only. While you could take our designs and run with them yourself, we encourage all clients to leave the implementation phase to us (and for good reason).

They’re bound to happen. Flooring arrives in the wrong colour, sofas in the wrong style. Our working relationship with suppliers lets us solve errors with ease (and before you even have time to notice that something was wrong in the first place).
TIME-SAVING COORDINATION
Communicating with contractors can feel like a full-time job…because, well, it is. No need to whip out your own busy calendar, in the implementation phase we handle all scheduling and coordination.
HASSLE-FREE INTERIOR DECORATING
Perfectly placed lighting fixtures and evenly spaced mirrors might sound like a chore, but we live for meticulous measurements and translating your detailed digital designs into real life.
